Our house, part of a small, brand new development with its own swimming pool, was completed in March 2009. The house is within easy walking distance of La Tremblade town centre with its daily market, supermarket and wide range of other shops which make self catering a breeze. Ideally situated on the edge of the development, we have one of the largest private gardens and a greater level of privacy than most of our neighbours. Large doors from the lounge area open onto a paved patio area, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a barbeque.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and its own balcony, the other with
two single beds. We can add a third single bed or a cot if required. Both rooms

The lounge area is an ideal area to relax when the sun has finally dropped behind the horizon. We have a TV (including some English satellite stations) with an integral DVD player. There is also a small music system complete with iPod dock and the ability to connect other personal music players.
There is a downstairs toilet
The shower room includes a second toilet and vanity unit.
